1. Respect for Intellectual Property

WoA respects the intellectual property rights of others. We will remove or disable access to user-generated content on the Site (including profiles, guild and faction content, builds, uploads, and magazine posts) that infringes copyright or other IP rights, in response to valid takedown notices.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on playwoa.com infringes your copyright, you may send a written takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its URL or specific location on playwoa.com.
Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and phone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of [[JURISDICTION]] and will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid copyright infringement notices will be terminated.

5. Trademark and Affiliation Disclaimer

"Hytale" and "Hypixel Studios" and their respective logos are trademarks of their respective owners. WoA is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hytale or Hypixel Studios.

All other third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

6. Note on Governing Law

This policy uses a DMCA-style notice-and-takedown framework. If [[GOVERNING_LAW]] provides a different copyright takedown regime, the applicable local procedure will govern where required.
