Simple steps to protect your account: secure your Discord, verify your email, and review what is linked.
Because you sign in with Discord, the safest thing you can do for your WoA account is keep your Discord account secure.
Protect your Discord
- Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) in Discord.
- Never share your login codes, even with people claiming to be staff.
- Be careful with links and downloads that ask you to log in again.
Verify your email
You can optionally verify an email address in Account → Settings → Security. A verified email lets you opt in to email notifications and gives the team another way to reach you about important account events.
Review what is linked
In your Account area you can see which in-game profiles are linked to you. If something looks wrong, unlink it and open a support ticket so staff can help.
WoA staff will never ask for your password, payment details, or 2FA codes. Genuine staff messages come through your account and support tickets.
