Reports, moderation, and appeals explained

How to report a player, what moderation looks like, and how to appeal a decision fairly.

WoA has a staff team that keeps the community safe and fair. Here is how moderation works from a player's point of view.

Reporting a player

If someone breaks the rules — cheating, harassment, abuse, or other unsafe behaviour — report them from Account → Support → Report a player. Give clear details and any evidence you have, like screenshots or what happened and when.

What moderation looks like

Depending on what happened, staff may issue a warning or a temporary or permanent restriction. Reviewing reports takes time because the team checks the details before acting.

Appealing a decision

If you believe a moderation action against you was a mistake, you can appeal. Be honest and respectful, explain your side clearly, and the team will review it. Politeness goes a long way.

Staff communicate through your account and support tickets, and will never ask for your password or payment details. Treat anyone who does as a scam and report it.
