Guild roles, members, and ownership

Understand guild ranks, invite codes, transferring ownership, leaving, and disbanding.

Every guild has a set of ranks that decide what members can do, plus tools for the people who run it.

Guild ranks

  • Founder — the player who owns the guild.
  • Guildmaster — the guild's active leader.
  • Officer — trusted members who help manage the guild.
  • Member — a full member of the guild.
  • Recruit — a newer member, often with limited permissions.

Invites and members

Leaders can create invite codes and manage members from the Guild Management Center in their Account area, including changing a member's role or removing them.

Transferring ownership

A Founder can hand the guild to another member. The new player becomes the Founder and Guildmaster, and the previous Founder becomes a regular member. This is a full handover and cannot be undone, so it asks you to confirm carefully.

Leaving or disbanding

Any member can leave a guild. If a Founder disbands their guild, it enters a 30-day grace period during which it can be restored. After the grace period the guild is removed and its name becomes available again.

Public guild history uses neutral wording (for example, a member is shown as no longer in the guild). The exact reason stays private.
