Factions

Faction recruitment, roles, and war readiness

Open recruitment, review applications, manage faction ranks, and track your readiness for war.

Once your faction exists, you can recruit members and organise them with ranks.

Recruitment

Leaders can open recruitment so players can apply from the faction's public page, the same way guild applications work. You can toggle recruitment on or off at any time from the Faction Management Center.

Faction ranks

  • Founder — the player who created the faction.
  • Commander — the faction's active leader.
  • Officer — trusted members who help lead.
  • Member — a full member of the faction.
  • Recruit — a newer member.

War readiness

Your faction page shows how ready you are for war. Common things it checks are whether you have an active commander, enough members, and a public identity. Filling these in clears the warnings and gets you battle-ready.

Members get notifications when their role changes or when they are added to or removed from a faction, so everyone stays in the loop.
