Open a ticket for account, store, or gameplay help, then follow it and reply to staff.
If you need a hand, a support ticket is the best way to reach the WoA team. You will need a WoA account to open one.
Opening a ticket
- Go to Account → Support.
- Pick the right option: a general support ticket, a bug report, a player report, or store support.
- Describe what happened with as much detail as you can, then submit.
What the statuses mean
- Open / Waiting for staff — the team has it and will reply.
- Waiting for you — staff replied and need more information from you.
- Resolved / Closed — the ticket is finished.
Following your ticket
You can see all of your tickets and their statuses in the Support area, each with its own reference like #SUP-123. When staff reply, you get a notification, and you can reply right back on the ticket.
