Steps to take when a purchase or reward has not shown up, and how to get it sorted quickly.
Most rewards arrive quickly, but if something has not shown up, here is how to sort it out.
First, a few quick checks
- Give it a few minutes — some rewards take a little time to arrive.
- Make sure you are signed in to the right account and that your in-game profile is linked.
- Check your email for a purchase or payment confirmation.
If it still has not arrived
Open a store support ticket from Account → Support and choose store support. Include as much detail as you can:
- The date and time of the purchase.
- Exactly what you bought and what is missing.
- Any order or payment reference from your confirmation email.
- The in-game name the reward should go to.
Never share full card numbers, security codes, or passwords in a ticket. The team only needs a reference from your confirmation, not your payment details.
