Achievements & Leaderboards

7 min read

In Orbis, nothing you earn is wasted. Every ore mined, every duel won, every wall raised feeds your levels — and your levels feed the boards. The Leaderboards are the living scoreboard of the realm: who's the strongest fighter, the richest gatherer, the sharpest crafter, the grandest builder. The Achievements are the lasting marks you carry on your profile forever — mastery capes, milestone medals, and rare trophies that prove exactly what you've conquered. New player or seasoned veteran, this is the ladder you climb. Here's how it works, and what you'll be chasing.

How ranking works

Your rank is built from your Skills. Orbis has 20 skills across four families — Combat, Gathering, Crafting, and Building — and every one climbs to level 100. Add up the levels of all your skills and you get your Total Level, the single headline number that decides your place on the main board.

Beyond the overall board, each skill family has its own category board, so a master miner and a master swordfighter both get the spotlight they earned. Whenever two players sit on the same level, the one with more experience ranks higher — so even a single point of progress can push you up the ladder.

The boards you can climb

Total Level

The grand ranking of Orbis — every skill level you own, summed into one number. The all-rounder's crown.

Combat

The deepest family: 12 fighting skills from Swords and Archery to Magic and Block. The board of warriors.

Gathering

Mining, Woodcutting, Excavation, Harvesting and Fishing. For the ones who feed the whole realm.

Crafting

Crafting and Enchanting. The makers who turn raw hauls into legendary gear.

Building

Place blocks, raise structures, and climb the builders' board. Settlements are built one wall at a time.

Guilds

Your community's standing — see below. The peaceful powerhouses of Orbis, ranked by their combined might.

Monthly vs all-time

Every player board can be viewed two ways. Monthly shows who's been grinding right now — only players active this month, ranked by their current standing — so a hot streak can put a newcomer near the top fast. All-time is the full hall of the most accomplished players the realm has ever seen. A player counts as active when they've played in the last couple of weeks.

Outside the top 100? Use the search box on the board. It finds any player who's ever played and shows their true position in the whole realm — so you always know exactly how far you have to climb.

Guild & Faction boards

Ranking isn't only personal. Your community climbs too.

  • Guilds are ranked by Combined Level — the Total Levels of every member added together. Recruit strong players, help each other level, and your guild rises as one. Guilds are the permanent, peaceful communities of Orbis, raising outposts and settlements across the realm.
  • Factions are ranked seasonally for the War Territories — by the contribution members earn during a War Season, then by territories held, then by membership. This is the war ladder, settled when the season ends.
The Faction board runs on War Seasons, which open in their own season cycle (currently in preparation). When a season is live, factions fight for control of the War Territories and the standings fill in with real results — members, territories won, and contribution — crowning a season champion at the close.

Achievements — your permanent marks

Leaderboards say where you stand today. Achievements are forever. Each one is a trophy pinned to your profile — proof of a feat you completed, kept even when the seasons turn. They come in tiers, from Common up to the coveted Legendary, and the rarest are the ones every player wants on display.

Mastery capes

The crown jewel of progression is maxing a skill to level 100. Take a skill all the way and you don't just top out — you earn that skill's mastery cape, the clearest badge in the game that you've truly mastered your craft. Max an entire family and you stand among the rarest players in Orbis. These are the marks veterans wear with pride.

Show off your best

  1. Open your public profile and find your achievements showcase.
  2. Choose up to six achievements to feature — pin your proudest trophies front and centre for everyone who visits.
  3. Watch your earned count and achievement points climb as you unlock more.
  4. Check each trophy's rarity: profiles show what share of players have earned it, so you can see exactly how rare your collection really is.
Achievements show on every profile — claimed or not — right alongside your skills. Some are secret: they appear locked as "???" until you discover and unlock them. Hunting those down is half the fun.

Start climbing

  1. Jump in at play.woastation.com through Hytale and start leveling skills — every level counts toward your boards.
  2. Link your character to your site account with your in-game /link code (or "Sign in with Hytale") so your name links to your public profile across the leaderboards.
  3. Pick a lane: chase Total Level for the overall crown, or specialise and dominate a single category board.
  4. Join a guild to climb the Guild board together — and, when War Seasons open, rally a faction for the war ladder.
There's no wrong way to climb. Fighters, farmers, crafters and builders all get their own board — pick what you love, master it, and let the rankings catch up to you.
