Orbis is a living world built by its players — and great worlds run on a little trust. The rules here are short, fair, and easy to follow, written so everyone can build, trade, explore, and go to war on a level field. If something goes wrong, help is never far away: open a support ticket, jump on Discord, and a real person on the team will look after you. This page covers the rules you should know, how to reach us, how moderation and appeals work, and the simple ways you can keep Orbis growing.
Our promise, your part
WoA is a welcoming server with a simple goal: a world where new players feel safe, builders feel respected, and competitors can fight hard without it ever getting ugly. The team works to keep that true every day. In return, we ask one thing of every player — play fair and be decent to the people around you. That is the whole spirit of the rules.
The core rules
These are the expectations that keep Orbis fair and fun. They apply everywhere — in game, on the website, and across our community spaces.
Play fair
No cheats, exploits, duplication tricks, or unfair third-party tools. Found a way to break the game? Report it — don't abuse it.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse. Banter is fine; cruelty is not. Treat people the way you'd want a new player treated.
Respect builds & claims
Honour every land claim — the personal plots and settlements of the Central District and the guild outposts of the Wild Regions alike. No griefing, stealing, or breaking into protected land. Player combat belongs in the War Territories, not someone's home.
Keep it clean
No inappropriate names, skins, builds, or chat. Keep public spaces friendly for players of all ages.
No scams or spam
Trade honestly. No real-money trading of accounts or items, no advertising other servers, no chat spam or mass pinging.
One account, real you
Keep your sign-in secure and don't impersonate other players or staff. Never share your link code — not even with someone claiming to be on the team.
Where PvP lives
Player combat is part of the world — but only in the right place. The War Territories are the contested, seasonal-PvP lands where Factions fight for control. The Central District and the Wild Regions are peaceful PvE: attacking, griefing, or raiding other players there breaks the rules. Knowing the region you're standing in is the easiest way to stay on the right side of fair play.
Getting help
Stuck on something, missing a reward, or ran into a bug? The fastest, most reliable way to reach the team is a support ticket on the website. Every ticket gets a real reply, a reference number, and a place to keep the whole conversation in one spot.
- Sign in to your account, then head to the Support area.
- Pick the option that fits: a general support ticket, a bug report, a player report, or store support.
- Describe what happened with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, when, and your in-game name.
- Submit, and watch for a notification when the team replies. You can answer right back on the same ticket.
Every ticket carries a reference like #SUP-123 so you can follow it any time from your Support area. Here is what each status means while it moves along.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Waiting for staff | The team has your ticket and will reply soon. |
| Waiting for you | Staff replied and need a little more information from you to continue. |
| Resolved / Closed | All sorted — the ticket is finished. You can always open a new one. |
Prefer to chat with the community? Our Discord is the heart of WoA — find groups, ask quick questions, share builds, and hear announcements first. For anything that touches your account, purchases, or another player, a support ticket is still the best route, since it keeps a private record only you and the team can see.
Reporting a player
If someone is cheating, harassing others, scamming, or breaking into builds, let us know with a player report from the Support area. Clear details help the team act quickly: who was involved, what happened, when, and any evidence you have such as screenshots. Reports are private — the player you report won't see who filed it.
Moderation & appeals
Behind every report is a person on the team who reads it carefully before acting. Moderation is never automatic or hasty — the goal is always a fair outcome, not a quick one.
- Warning — a heads-up for a first or minor issue, so you know where the line is.
- Temporary restriction — a mute or short ban for more serious or repeated breaks.
- Permanent restriction — reserved for severe or ongoing harm to the community.
Reviews take a little time because the team checks the details first — thank you for your patience while they do. The reason for any action is kept private out of respect for everyone involved.
Think a decision was wrong?
Everyone deserves a second look. If you believe a ban or mute was a mistake, you can submit an appeal and the team will review it fresh.
- Open the appeal form on the website.
- Enter the in-game name that was restricted and the type of restriction.
- Explain your side honestly and clearly — what happened, and why you think it should be lifted or reduced.
- Submit, and a staff member will take another look and get back to you.
Support the server
WoA stays free to play, ad-free, and free of pay-to-win thanks to players who chip in. There are two easy ways to help the world grow — and they make a real difference.
Vote daily
Voting is free and takes under a minute. It pushes WoA up the server lists so new adventurers can find us — every vote, every day, genuinely helps.
Visit the Store
Pick up cosmetics, perks, and ways to back the server you love. Purchases support development and keep Orbis running for everyone.
That's it — keep it fair, look out for each other, and reach out the moment you need a hand. The team and the community have your back. Welcome to Orbis.
